※ Structural design

· bell jar structure: Usually adopts double water-cooled structure bell jar, such as stainless steel shell and inner lining, water cooling in the middle, can effectively take away heat, prevent furnace body overheating, and ensure the temperature uniformity in the furnace. The top of the bell jar is provided with an observation window, generally made of double-layer tempered glass, which is convenient for the operator to observe the situation in the furnace during the nitriding process.

· lifting system: equipped with electric or hydraulic drive lifting mechanism, through the motor, reducer, chain or steel wire rope components, to achieve the bell jar stable lifting, but also the use of hydraulic cylinder as the power source, can provide greater lifting force, to ensure the bell jar in the lifting process of stability and reliability, to meet the needs of large workpieces loading and unloading.

· Bottom structure: The bottom of the furnace is usually designed as a movable trolley structure, which is easy to enter and exit the workpiece. The surface of the trolley is laid with high-temperature insulation materials and heating elements to ensure the temperature uniformity in the furnace and the heating effect of the workpiece.

※ Working principle

· After the furnace is pumped to a certain vacuum degree, an appropriate amount of ammonia gas and other nitrogen-containing gas is injected to ensure that the pressure in the vacuum chamber reaches a proper range. A DC voltage, generally 400-750V, is applied between the bell (anode) and the workpiece (cathode) to form a high-voltage electric field. Under the action of electric field, nitrogenous gas ionizes, producing nitrogen ions and electrons. Nitrogen ions bombarde the workpiece surface at high speed under the action of electric field force, converting kinetic energy into heat energy, making the workpiece temperature rise. At the same time, nitrogen ions are absorbed by the workpiece surface and diffused inward to form a nitriding layer, thus improving the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the workpiece surface.

· Processing size: can be customized according to actual needs, the common processing workpiece diameter can reach several meters, height can also reach several meters, to meet the nitriding requirements of large wind power gear, ship shaft and other large parts.

· Temperature control: the working temperature is generally between 450-650℃, the temperature uniformity can be controlled within ±5℃, the use of high-precision thermocouple or thermal resistance for temperature measurement, and through the PID controller to achieve accurate temperature control.
