This series of chamber gas forging furnace is heated by natural gas, which is mainly used for forging and heating small products in metallurgy, machinery, die steel, flange industry.
※ Product Features:
1. The combustion medium is heated by natural gas, full combustion, no pollution, fast heating speed, the maximum use temperature can reach 1300℃, and the flue gas emission meets the "GB9078-88 Industrial kiln smoke layer emission Standard";
2. The lining adopts zirconia ceramic fiber module structure, the lining has small heat storage, low heat loss and significant energy saving;
3. Combustion system: adopt Hocord high speed flat flame burner, full combustion;

6.1. Furnace temperature control system:
Intelligent mixing controller is adopted. The temperature measuring element and the automatic control nozzle are composed of closed-loop control. The temperature controller interface is connected with the host computer through R485(RS422) bus to form an intelligent temperature control system of heat treatment furnace. The upper PC uses the industrial control computer, with the self-developed REDFCS monitoring software, so that the whole system has a good user interface. Advanced fuzzy control principle is adopted.
It has high precision, high flexibility, anti-interference and high reliability. The temperature control system can automatically calculate, operate, display and store the process curve of heat treatment production, and realize the whole process control.
6.2. Furnace pressure automatic control system:
The furnace pressure can be set and automatically adjusted, so that the furnace pressure is controlled in the best value, to ensure the stability of the furnace and make full use of the furnace gas heat
6.3. Automatic control system of pipeline parameters
The pressure of the combustion air pipeline and gas pipeline required by the combustion system can be set and automatically adjusted, so that the combustion air and gas are controlled in the best ratio, ensuring the high combustion efficiency and eliminating the phenomenon of insufficient combustion.
6.4. Reliable safety protection system:
The instrument cabinet is equipped with the operating value display of temperature, furnace pressure, each burner and each pipeline parameter, abnormal situation alarm and emergency protection measures to ensure safe operation.
7. Centralized control system
High precision Siemens PLC is used as the core unit of the whole furnace temperature control system. The control of temperature, pressure and combustion air pressure in the furnace is completed by PLC. This reduces the temperature control, digital regulation, hand operator, digital display instrument and other instruments, so that the complexity of the whole system configuration is greatly reduced.
The upper PC uses an industrial control computer, with self-developed REDFCS monitoring software, so that the whole system has a good user interface at the same time monitoring several furnaces or furnaces need to monitor the upper computer (two and more than two PCS at the same time monitoring one or several furnaces, the advantage is that the failure of a PC does not affect the normal operation of the entire system), The software can easily meet the requirements.
