The front end of the drum furnace is connected with the charging mechanism, and the back end is assembled with the quenching tank to form a continuous working furnace. The furnace pot is placed horizontally, the two ends are extended outside the oven wall, and supported on the roller, which is driven by the motor through the reducer and the chain. The inner wall of the furnace has spiral blades. For each revolution of the pot, the charge moves forward one pitch distance in the furnace. The end of the furnace pot has an outlet, which constantly changes its position in the rotation, which is difficult to seal, resulting in a protective atmosphere inside and outside the furnace pot, so the whole furnace should be kept sealed.
