※ Product Introduction:

Main applications: Used in automotive industry, aerospace industry, but also used in refrigerator, air conditioning, electronics, microwave magnetron industry and stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, aluminum alloy and other parts of brazing and bright heat treatment.

※ Equipment features:

The whole equipment is composed of three parts: furnace body, mesh belt drive system and temperature control system. The furnace body is composed of feeding section, pre-firing section, sintering section, slow cooling section, water cooling section and discharging section.

a. The network belt transmission system is composed of high temperature resistant network belt, transmission device, etc. The running speed of the network belt is adjusted by the frequency converter.
b. Reasonable furnace structure design, so that the net belt furnace more energy saving, more environmental protection.
c. The temperature control system is composed of thermocouple, digital display intelligent PID regulator and thyristor, forming a closed-loop control system, which can realize automatic and accurate temperature control.
d. The heating element adopts ceramic heating plate or ceramic heating rod.
e. Heat-resistant steel mesh belt transmission, large envelope Angle tension wheel design concept, to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
