※ Working principle

The stainless steel workpiece is heated to a certain temperature, so that the alloying elements are fully dissolved in austenite, forming a uniform solid solution, and then quickly cooled to inhibit the precipitation of the second phase such as carbide, so as to obtain a susaturated single-phase austenite structure, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and toughness of stainless steel.

※ Structure Composition

· Heating system: common resistance heating, gas heating and induction heating and so on. Such as resistance heating through the resistance wire heating, the electrical energy into heat; Gas heating generates heat from gas combustion through gas burner; Induction heating uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate eddy currents in the workpiece, which in turn heats the workpiece itself.

· thermal insulation system: The use of high-quality thermal insulation materials, such as ceramic fiber, rock wool, etc., to reduce heat loss, maintain the stability of the temperature in the furnace, to ensure the smooth process of solution treatment.

· Cooling system: Generally water cooling or air cooling. Water cooling system by circulating water to take away heat, to achieve rapid cooling; The air cooling system cools the workpiece by blowing cold air into the furnace through the fan, which can also be applied to some stainless steel solution treatment with relatively low cooling speed.
