This series of car type gas forging furnace is heated by natural gas, which is mainly used for forging and heating of metallurgy, machinery, die steel, flange industry and other products.

Product Features:

1. The combustion medium is heated by natural gas, full combustion, no pollution, fast heating speed, the maximum use temperature can reach 1300℃, and the flue gas emission meets the "GB9078-88 Industrial kiln smoke layer emission Standard";
2. The lining adopts zirconia ceramic fiber module structure, the lining has small heat storage, low heat loss and significant energy saving;
3. High speed flat flame burner is used for heating, and both sides are evenly distributed. Continuous proportional adjustment of combustion, the actuator to adjust the size of the air volume, through the proportional valve to adjust the size of the gas volume. To achieve air-fuel ratio combustion, the gas and air volume is provided with a lower limit, and the gas pipe of each burner is provided with a control solenoid valve. Each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, with automatic ignition, flame detection, fire extinguishing alarm automatic gas cut-off. This fully ensures the stability and safety of the combustion temperature control system.
4. Waste heat utilization: the high-temperature flue gas in the furnace is preheated to 300-350℃ through the heat exchanger, and then sent into the furnace, which saves a lot of gas consumption and saves production costs;
5. The furnace door of the gas heating furnace adopts a high-aluminum all-fiber refractory silk blanket and heat-resistant steel composite frame structure, and the electric hoist is lifted. The sealing mechanism of the furnace door adopts a long and short lever spring type automatic pressing CAM mechanism (optional electric cylinder pressing device) and a soft edge sealing device. Ensure up and down frictionless, easy, safe and reliable.
6. The truck refractory masonry adopts high aluminum shaped brick structure, which has good sealing effect with the furnace body and repulsion resistance. The shelf of the trolley needs to be padded with iron for stacking workpieces, and the frame of the trolley is all made of heat-resistant steel to ensure that the body is not deformed and durable. The sealing block of the furnace body and the furnace lining is automatically pressed by the electric push rod (or cylinder), and the opening and closing of the side and seal are interlocked with the furnace car.
7. Control system: intelligent PLC control or computer automatic control

• Furnace temperature control system:

Adopt advanced intelligent digital temperature control instrument. It is composed of closed-loop control with temperature measuring element and automatic burner. The temperature controller interface is connected with the upper PC through R485(RS422) bus to form an intelligent heat treatment furnace temperature control system. The upper PC uses industrial control computer and high resolution LCD display, with self-developed HMI monitoring software, so that the whole system has a good user interface. Using advanced fuzzy control principle, it has high precision, high flexibility, anti-interference and high reliability. The temperature control system can automatically calculate, operate, display and store the process curve of heat treatment production, and realize the whole process control.

• Furnace pressure automatic control system:

The furnace pressure can be set and automatically adjusted, so that the furnace pressure is controlled in the best value, to ensure the stable working condition in the furnace and make full use of the furnace gas heat.

• Automatic control system of pipeline parameters

The pressure of the combustion air pipeline and fuel pipeline required by the combustion system can be set and automatically adjusted, so that the combustion air and fuel are controlled in the best ratio, ensuring a high combustion efficiency and eliminating black smoke.

• Reliable safety protection system:

The instrument cabinet is equipped with the operating value display of temperature, furnace pressure, each burner and each pipeline parameter, abnormal situation alarm and emergency protection measures to ensure safe operation.

8. Centralized control system

High precision PLC is used as the core unit of the whole furnace temperature control system. The control of temperature, pressure and combustion air pressure in the furnace is completed by PLC. This reduces the temperature control, digital regulation, hand operator, digital display instrument and other instruments, so that the complexity of the whole system configuration is greatly reduced.
The upper PC uses industrial control computer and high-resolution LCD display, with self-developed HMI monitoring software, so that the whole system has a good user interface at the same time monitoring several furnaces or furnaces need to monitor the upper computer (two and more than two PCS at the same time monitoring one or several furnaces, The advantage is that the failure of a PC does not affect the normal operation of the whole system), the software can easily meet the requirements.
