※ Product Introduction

This series of CADI Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) Ball Austempering Heat Treatment Production Line is the first domestic austempering production line independently developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It is mainly used for the austempering heat treatment of ADI balls. The equipment features high automation, allowing adjustment of production rhythm and process parameters according to production needs to meet the heat treatment requirements of parts with different sizes and weights. Typical dimensions of ball workpieces: ¢60-¢150mm; single-piece weight: 2-7kg/piece. The production line is composed of an austenitizing heat treatment furnace, a nitrate quenching tank, a nitrate austempering furnace, an exhaust gas system, a cleaning device, a pallet return channel, a temperature control system, and a Siemens PLC automatic control system. Equipped with reliable mechanical transmission devices and high-quality, high-precision temperature control systems, the entire production line is a highly reliable, high-quality, and intelligent heat treatment solution. Heating and operational processes are automatically controlled by Siemens PLC, ensuring high coordination accuracy between processes, a wide range of process adjustments, and support for setting different process parameters to adapt to the CADI austempering of ADI balls of various specifications.

※ Equipment Features

1. Design Concept

  • The heat treatment furnace series adopts current advanced technologies, inheriting the characteristics of industrial furnaces such as high performance, high automation, and a user-friendly, easy-to-learn operation interface.

2. Automatic Control

  • Electric heating multi-zone synchronous control technology enables one-key furnace restart, full-process recording, and automatic, efficient completion of operations.
  • Load constant current, constant voltage, and constant power control technology effectively protects loads from damage caused by power outages based on different load characteristics.
  • Supports setting of multiple time curves, with a maximum of 50 segments in total.
  • Two program setting modes available: "Set Value + Time Value" and "Heating Segment + Soaking Segment".
  • All parameters can be set via keys, with automatic data storage to prevent loss.

3. Multilingual Operation Interface

  • Integrated touch screen control with a Chinese interface for simple operation.

4. Furnace Temperature Uniformity

  • The heating furnace body is divided into preheating, heating, and soaking zones. Hot air circulation fans are installed in the preheating and heating zones to ensure a furnace temperature uniformity of ≤±5℃ across all cross-sections of the furnace chamber.

5. Low Production Energy Consumption

  • The production line offers high output with low energy consumption, featuring an electrical energy consumption of ≤490kWh/ton. (Note: Corrected "kmh" to "kWh" as it is the standard unit for electrical energy consumption)

6. Easy Maintenance

  • All heating elements of the production line adopt a quick-change structure. Damaged elements can be repaired without stopping the furnace, ensuring uninterrupted production.

7. High Production Efficiency

  • As a fully automatic production line, each unit only requires 6 operators to achieve non-stop shift work, with a labor productivity of up to 833 tons per person per year.

8. Safety Protection Devices

  • An over-temperature controller monitors the upper limit temperature of the furnace and automatically cuts off the power supply in case of over-temperature.
  • Supports output shutdown when the furnace door is open.

※ Design and Manufacturing Certifications

  1. All indicators are designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards for industrial furnaces.
  2. Performance testing of all components is conducted, with qualified reports issued (supporting on-site pre-acceptance by customers).
  3. The equipment meets various international standards for export.
