Vacuum Furnace for Oil and Gas Quenching (Three-Chamber, Two-Chamber)
I. Structural Composition
Two-chamber vacuum furnace for oil and gas quenching: Mainly composed of a heating chamber, a cooling chamber, an insulating door, an air-cooling fan, and an oil sump. Workpieces are transferred between the heating chamber and the cooling chamber by an internal furnace cart to complete the entire heat treatment process.
Three-chamber vacuum furnace for oil and gas quenching: Based on the two-chamber furnace, an additional preparation chamber is added. It consists of a heating chamber, a cooling chamber, a preparation chamber, an air-cooling fan, two insulating doors, and an oil sump.
II. Working Principle
Two-chamber vacuum furnace for oil and gas quenching: Workpieces are first heated to a specified temperature in the heating chamber, then quickly transferred to the cooling chamber by the internal furnace cart, and undergo oil quenching or gas quenching according to process requirements.
Three-chamber vacuum furnace for oil and gas quenching: Workpieces first enter the preparation chamber for preheating or pre-oxidation treatment, then move to the heating chamber for heating, and finally enter the cooling chamber for oil quenching or gas quenching.
III. Applications
