※ Working principle

Heating process: The air in the furnace is heated by heating elements such as resistance wires and gas burners, and the bearing steel absorbs heat and the temperature gradually rises.

· heat preservation process: when the bearing steel reaches the required temperature, it is kept for a certain time to spherodize the carbides in the steel and form a spheroidal or granular carbide structure evenly distributed on the ferritic matrix.

· Cooling process: after the insulation is finished, the temperature is reduced at a certain cooling speed, so that the metal material is slowly cooled and a stable spheroidal structure is obtained. The cooling speed has an important influence on the final structure and property.

※ Structure Composition

· Heating system: common resistance heating, gas heating and so on. Such as resistance heating through the resistance wire heating, the electrical energy into heat; Gas heating is through the gas burner, so that the gas combustion generates heat, and provides the required temperature for the nodular annealing of the bearing steel.

· thermal insulation system: The use of high quality thermal insulation materials, such as ceramic fiber, rock wool, etc., to reduce heat loss, maintain the stable temperature in the furnace, to ensure the smooth annealing process.

· Cooling system: including air cooling, water cooling and other methods. The air cooling system blows cold air into the furnace through the fan to cool the bearing steel. Water cooling systems remove heat by circulating water for a fast or controlled cooling process.

· Temperature control system: composed of temperature sensor, controller, etc. to monitor the temperature in the furnace in real time, and the temperature signal is fed back to the controller, the controller automatically adjusts the power of the heating element or gas flow according to the set temperature value, to ensure that the temperature in the furnace is controlled within ±3℃, to ensure the quality of annealing.

· Furnace structure: usually adopts well-sealed steel structure, lined with refractory materials to withstand high temperature and protect the furnace body. The furnace door is provided with a sealing device to prevent air from entering the furnace and avoid oxidation of the bearing steel during the annealing process.
