※ Product Introduction:

RQ3 series open gas carburizing furnace is a periodic operation type of electric furnace, mainly for carbon steel parts gas carburizing and other purposes. When used with the electric furnace control cabinet, the temperature of the electric furnace can be automatically controlled and recorded. The structure is mainly composed of furnace body, heating element and temperature control system. The shell of the furnace body is made of welded steel and steel plates, and the interior of the furnace is laid with ultra-lightweight high-aluminum foam bricks. The thermal insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, diatomite (or vermiculite powder) bulk structure to improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body. The heating element is placed on the wire tile and has a small hook for electric negative wire to position it. There is a resistant steel furnace pot and a basket in the furnace, and the workpiece to be treated is placed in the basket, so that the workpiece to be treated is evenly in contact with the carburizing gas. A fan is installed in the furnace shell to force air circulation to make the temperature and gas in the furnace even. There is a sealing device on the shaft sleeve of the fan to prevent air leakage, and cooling water is used. The lifting mechanism of the furnace cover is completed, and its power is provided by the 10125 hydraulic device. When the furnace cover needs to be raised, as long as the hydraulic device is activated, the furnace cover will rise slowly; If it is necessary to lower the furnace cover, just loosen the internal screw stop valve in the hydraulic device, and the furnace cover will slowly lower. At the lifting shaft, there are two limit switches. When the lifting shaft rises, the following limit switch automatically cuts off the power supply of the electric fan to avoid dangerous operation; When the furnace cover is raised fully, the upper limit automatically cuts off the power of the hydraulic device to prevent the lifting shaft from jacking out the cylinder. The liquid dribbling system of the electric furnace is equipped with a dropper which can carry out three kinds of liquid dribbling at the same time, and its flow can be controlled by flow calculation and needle valve. Above the furnace cover is provided with a water-cooled sample tube, a sampling hole and an exhaust hole. If it is combined with an infrared CO2 analyzer and modified, the process operation of automatic carbon potential control can be carried out.
