※ Application Field

It is mainly used for rapid quenching (solution) treatment of aluminum wheels, aluminum plates, aluminum castings and various aluminum alloy standard parts, and is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic products and other fields with high performance requirements for aluminum alloy materials.

※ Structural Features

Furnace body part: usually welded by steel plate, the interior is paved with refractory brick or light clay brick, can withstand high temperature and pressure. The outer ring of the furnace body is covered with aluminum silicate refractory fiber insulation layer to improve the heat preservation effect.

Heating system: gas type quenching furnace through the burner and gas regulator, forcing the air into the furnace to make the aluminum alloy heat up quickly; The electric heating type uses spiral or wavy heating elements, which are heated by converting electrical energy into heat energy.

Cooling system: including water circulation system, fan, quenching furnace cover, quenching medium container and corresponding pipes and valves. Commonly used quenching media are brine, water, mineral oil, air, etc., which is used to rapidly cool aluminum alloy products in the furnace to achieve the purpose of quenching.

Transmission system: including motor, reducer, chain, sprocket, etc., used to control the lifting and rotation of the furnace body, easy to put and take out aluminum alloy products. Some quenching furnaces are also equipped with charging carts and automatic door opening mechanisms to improve operating efficiency.

Control system: as the "brain" of the equipment, there are temperature control system, pressure control system, alarm system, etc., which allows the operator to monitor the temperature, pressure and other data in the furnace in real time, and find and solve problems in time.

※ Working principle

· Heating stage: evenly put the aluminum alloy material to be treated into the quenching furnace, start the heating system, raise the temperature in the blast furnace according to the set temperature and time parameters, and maintain temperature stability.

· quenching stage: After the temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, the aluminum alloy material is quickly put into the quenching treatment, and the quenching time and temperature are strictly controlled to ensure that the material reaches the ideal hardness and toughness.

· Cooling stage: After quenching is completed, immediately start the cooling system to cool the aluminum alloy products, can choose water quenching, oil quenching or air cooling cooling methods to prevent the material from deformation or oxidation due to high temperature.
