※ Structure Composition

· furnace platform: usually welded by section steel and steel plate, as the base platform for bearing the material to be annealed and the inner cover and outer cover, it is required to have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the weight of the furnace cover and material. Some furnaces are also equipped with rails to facilitate the movement of the hood.

· inner cover: generally made of heat-resistant steel, its function is to isolate the material to be annealed from the external environment, forming a relatively independent annealing space. The lower part of the inner cover is usually equipped with a circulating fan to strengthen the control atmosphere and promote the coil convection heating, so that the temperature in the furnace is more uniform.

· cover: mainly plays the role of protection and heat insulation, to prevent heat loss to the surrounding environment, but also to protect the operator from high temperature damage. The outer cover is generally made of steel plate, and the interior is lined with thermal insulation materials, such as ceramic fiber and rock wool.

· Heating device: there are two common ways of gas heating and electric heating. Gas heating transfers the heat generated by gas combustion to the inner cover and materials through the burner; Electric heating is the use of resistance wire or other electric heating elements to generate heat, with the advantages of fast heating speed and accurate temperature control.

· Temperature control system: composed of temperature sensor, controller and actuator. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time, and feedbacks the temperature signal to the controller, which controls the power or gas flow of the heating device according to the set temperature value, so that the temperature in the furnace is kept within the set range, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the annealing process.

· Cooling system: After annealing, the material needs to be cooled. The cooling system is usually air-cooled or water-cooled, and the cold air or cold water is passed into the furnace to take away the heat of the material and the furnace cover to achieve rapid cooling.

※ Working principle

The working principle of the moving hood annealing furnace is based on the annealing process of the metal material. First, the metal material to be treated is placed on the stove, covered with an inner cover, and then covered with an outer cover. Then, the heating device is started, so that the temperature in the furnace gradually rises according to the predetermined heating rate, when the annealing temperature is reached, it is maintained for a period of time, so that the grain of the metal material is fully grown, and the internal stress is released. After the insulation is finished, the cooling system is started to cool the metal material at an appropriate speed, so as to obtain the desired organizational structure and performance.
