※ Equipment features:
1. Main process: Loading and unloading level preparation -- loading -- into the solid solution furnace -- solid solution heat treatment -- automatic discharge (fractional quenching) -- Fast quenching unit preparation -- Fast quenching unit will put the workpiece (containing the frame) into the quenching tank -- After quenching is completed, the fast quenching unit will rise out of the quenching tank -- automatic transfer -- to the loading and unloading level -- detection parts -- into Aging furnace -- aging heat treatment -- automatic discharge -- to loading and unloading level.

3. Automatic control
● Electric heating multi-zone synchronous control technology, one button operation again, the whole process record, automatic and efficient completion;
● Constant current, constant voltage, constant power control technology, according to different load characteristics, effective protection of power failure caused by damage to the load;
● Multiple time curves can be set, and the total number of curves is up to 50 segments;
● Two program setting modes of "given value + time value" and "heating section + constant temperature section" are optional;
● All parameters can be set by key, and the data is automatically saved without loss;

8. Fast quenching unit
● Composed of steel structure frame, hydraulic station, lifting chain, roller table, etc. One side of the steel structure frame of the hydraulic station can ensure that the loading frame stays in any position and runs up and down. The roller table is composed of several roller rods, and the drive mode of the roller rod is chain drive;
9. Safety protection device
● The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;
● Support to turn off the output when the furnace door switch is off;
