※ Working principle

Through the combustion system, the fuel (such as renewable biomass pellet fuel, natural gas, gas, etc.) is mixed with air to burn, generating high temperature flame and heat, so that the aluminum ingot or waste aluminum material in the furnace absorbs heat and gradually melts. At the same time, some melting aluminum furnaces are equipped with air preheater, shell sandwich duct and other devices to improve thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss.

※ Performance Characteristics

· High efficiency and energy saving: renewable biomass pellet fuel as energy, low cost of use, than fuel (gas) reduce the operating cost of more than 30%-60%. Semi-gasification combined combustion and tangential swirl air distribution design, the burnout rate of more than 98%.

· high thermal efficiency: the shaft furnace structure, the charge in the shaft furnace fully absorb flue gas waste heat, reduce the top exhaust temperature; The design of the air preheater and the sandwich duct of the furnace shell can also effectively improve the thermal efficiency.
