Pit type wire annealing furnace is a periodic operation furnace, mainly used for vacuum bright annealing of various metals, and can also be used for other heat treatment.
※ Product Features:
1. The shell of the furnace body is made of welded steel and steel plates, and the furnace is constructed with ultra-lightweight high-aluminum foam brick. The thermal insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, diatomite (or vermiculite powder) bulk structure to improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body;
2. The heating element is placed on the shelf brick, and there is a small hook of resistance wire to position it. There is a vacuum tank welded with heat-resistant steel plate in the furnace, in which the workpiece rack can be placed. The top of the vacuum tank is a furnace cover filled with refractory fiber for heat preservation;
3. The vacuum pipe is equipped with a protective gas valve, a discharge valve, and a butterfly valve for operation. One end of the pipe is equipped with a vacuum gauge and a spare buckle (for the user to install the vacuum gauge). The pneumatic pump with an electromagnetic vent valve is connected to the vacuum tank through a plastic hose. In order to protect the sealing ring of the upper flange of the vacuum tank from damage, the upper part of the vacuum tank is provided with a cooling water jacket.
