The walking furnace is provided with two or more walking beams in the longitudinal trough gap at the bottom of the furnace. The stepping beam moves repeatedly up and down and back, and the trajectory of the movement is square, round or oval. Each running cycle of the stepping beam is to lift the workpiece, transport it forward for a certain distance, and then place it on the bottom of the furnace, and then restore itself to its original position. The stepping beam moves repeatedly, gradually moving the workpiece forward.
This kind of furnace transport force is large, the workpiece running without collision, smooth action, no tray, stepping beam without repeated heating and cooling heat loss.
The oscillating stepping furnace is divided into furnace body, heating mechanism (electric heating or flame heating), moving mechanism (moving beam moving part, lifting part of the furnace door, feeding/discharging part of the machinery, etc.), control part and so on.
Oscillating stepping furnace is a furnace that uses the pendulum grid and sliding grid placed at the bottom of the furnace to periodically alternate swing (arc up and down) and slide (sliding grid forward and backward) to move the workpiece forward. Its swinging mechanism is outside the furnace, and the furnace body can be sealed to achieve atmosphere protection heating, which is used to deal with small and medium-sized regular parts. Swing grid and slide grid are plate structure, have higher strength and load capacity, long service life. The furnace can form a production line.
The oscillating stepper mechanism is alternately assembled by a group of plates that can swing forward and up and back down (referred to as the pendulum grid) and a group of plates that can slide back and forth (referred to as the sliding grid). The action process is: first, the pendulum grid moves forward and upward, the workpiece is lifted up, and then the sliding grid backs up without load, and then the swinging grid swings backward and downward, so that the pendulum grid surface is reduced and the workpiece falls back on the sliding grid, and then the sliding grid loads forward. In this process, the role of the pendulum grid is to periodically lift and put down the workpiece, so that the sliding grid is always no-load backward and the load forward, so that the periodic swing step achieves the purpose of directional transmission of the workpiece.
