● Multiple time curves can be set, and the total number of curves is up to 50 segments;

● Two program setting modes of "given value + time value" and "heating section + constant temperature section" are optional;

● All parameters can be set by key, and the data is automatically saved without loss;

4, furnace body hot air circulation system

● The furnace top of the equipment is equipped with an integrated air-cooled furnace sealing fan, so that the temperature in the furnace is uniform, the hardness of the treated material is uniform, the brightness is good, and the unique design of water circulation cooling system is adopted to effectively ensure its service life;

5, high utilization rate

● The workpiece can be blackened directly in the tempering furnace, without the need of blackening agent or other media, which greatly reduces the cost of use of customers;

6, high furnace uniformity

● The unique power distribution method is used to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity meets the process requirements, and the furnace uniformity can reach within ±8℃;

7, safety protection device

● The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;

● Support to turn off the output when the furnace door switch is off;
