Product usage: It is widely used in the firing of inorganic non-metallic materials such as ceramic products, glass machine glass-ceramics, refractory materials and heat treatment of metal materials

※ Product Features:

Typical shuttle kiln is characterized by light weight, thin wall and energy saving.

a. Suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production.

b. The lightweight thin-wall kiln wall structure is adopted, and the lining is made of high-temperature lightweight materials.

c. Loading and unloading of bricks is carried out outside the kiln.

d. Using high-speed isothermal burner, high and low staggered arrangement, ejecting high-speed air, so that the air in the kiln strongly rotation, convective heat transfer effect greatly improved, the temperature difference of each point in the kiln at high temperature stage can be controlled within 5 ℃. In the low temperature stage, the temperature control air is used to increase the smoke volume and adjust the flue gas temperature injected into the kiln, and the temperature difference in the kiln is between 5 ℃ and 10℃. The heating and cooling speed is fast, and the firing cycle is short.

e. Suitable instrument can be configured and PLC control can be used to achieve full automatic operation.
