• Use high quality high temperature resistant fiber and energy-saving firebrick or fiber module to form high quality energy-saving lining;
• The heating element adopts high temperature resistance alloy flat strip, which has a long service life of 5-8 years;
• The automatic sealing mechanism of the novel return connecting rod makes the sealing performance reliable and the furnace gas is not easy to leak, thus saving energy and ensuring the consistency of the temperature field up and down the furnace temperature;
• Microcomputer automatic program control system can automatically complete the heat treatment process curve, high control accuracy, the furnace temperature fluctuation error can reach ±1℃, the use of self-developed power distribution mode, can ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity of the wrong temperature measurement point can reach 5'℃, to achieve the same standard of a class of furnace standards:
• It has perfect automatic entry and exit interlocking protection device, overtemperature alarm, broken couple alarm and other functions and real-time recording process curve device;
