※Equipment Application:

The RN series vertical pit type gas nitriding furnace is a standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace. It is mainly used for gas nitriding heat treatment of various steel mechanical parts, automobile crankshafts, automobile piston rings, motorcycle brake pads, molds, etc. Operating temperature: 650℃.

The R series vertical pit type gas nitriding furnace is an energy-saving gas nitriding furnace. It adopts an energy-saving furnace lining, double water-cooled furnace pot cover, vacuum rubber seal, and upper and lower zone temperature pulling or multi-zone temperature control. This greatly improves the heat preservation performance, furnace temperature uniformity, airtightness and ammonia penetration speed of the electric furnace, and the furnace type is consistent with international standards. The shell of this series of vertical pit type gas nitriding furnaces is welded by steel plates and section steels. The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight and high-strength 0.6g/cm³ energy-saving refractory bricks. The outer layer of the furnace lining is interlayered with aluminum silicate fiber, and then filled with expanded vermiculite powder for heat preservation. The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance wire wound into a spiral shape and installed on the brick supports of the furnace lining. A stainless steel furnace pot is installed in the furnace chamber. A double-head stainless steel dropper is installed on the furnace cover for dropping methanol, ensuring uniform temperature and atmosphere in the furnace. The furnace cover is equipped with a sampling pipe and an exhaust pipe. The input pipe at the upper part of the side wall of the furnace pot can be used for ammonia input. The furnace pot and the furnace cover are sealed with water-cooled vacuum rubber and equipped with compression bolts. The waste gas in the furnace is discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust pipe.

The electric furnace is equipped with a hot air circulation device to ensure uniform atmosphere and temperature in the furnace pot;

The lifting of the furnace pot cover adopts an electric hydraulic device, which ensures stable lifting without jitter;
The furnace pot, charging basket, fan, etc. are made of heat-resistant alloy steel, with long service life;
The electric furnace is equipped with a rapid cooling device, which can realize rapid cooling as needed;
The electric furnace is equipped with an interlock protection device to prevent faults and accidents caused by misoperation;
