※Equipment Application:

The roller hearth protective atmosphere annealing production line is mainly used for protective atmosphere spheroidizing annealing of large quantities of parts in the bearing industry, such as bearing rings, rollers, wire rods, and pipes. The spheroidizing effect meets customer requirements.

※Equipment Features:

● The equipment operates stably and ensures good consistency of product quality.

● With protective atmosphere annealing, the furnace atmosphere can be precisely controlled, and the total decarburization layer depth of workpieces is less than 0.04mm.

● Equipped with a waste heat recovery system to make full use of the waste heat of products, the power consumption per ton of products can be as low as 160kW·h, reducing production costs for customers.

● Adopts a linear layout to meet the needs of export customers and prevent product mixing.

● Equipped with an equipment operation black box system to effectively monitor the equipment operation and operation process.

● Can be equipped with a video recording system to record on-site conditions in real-time, and remote login for viewing is available.

All indicators are designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards for industrial furnaces;
