The gas-cooled vacuum furnace is composed of a furnace body, a heating chamber, a cooling device, a feeding and discharging mechanism, a vacuum system, an electrical control system, a water-cooling system and a recharging gas system.
High pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace. This kind of vacuum furnace is a single chamber horizontal internal circulation high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace.
The furnace is heated by graphite tube and insulated by hardened graphite felt. Molybdenum strip heating, sandwich heat shield or all-metal heat shield can also be used. The forced cooling system uses large air volume, high pressure fan and large area copper radiator to produce good cooling effect. The nozzle of the high-speed air flow is distributed 360° along the heating chamber to ensure the uniformity of gas quenching.
