This series of CADI Aube steel ball isothermal quenching heat treatment line is the first domestic isothermal quenching production line developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It is mainly used for isothermal quenching heat treatment of Aube steel ball. The equipment has a high degree of automation, and can adjust the production rhythm and process parameters according to the production needs to meet the heat treatment of different sizes and weights. Typical steel ball workpiece size: ¢60-¢150; Single weight 2-7kg/ piece. This series of CADI Aube steel ball isothermal quenching heat treatment production line is composed of austenitic heat treatment furnace, nitrate quenching tank, nitrate isothermal heat treatment furnace, smoke exhaust system, cleaning device, tray return channel, temperature control system and Siemens PLC automatic control system. The whole production line is equipped with reliable mechanical transmission device, high quality, high precision temperature control system, is a high reliable, high quality, intelligent heat treatment production line. Heating and action using Siemens PLC automatic control, high precision of action coordination between each process, large process adjustment range, can set different process parameters to adapt to different specifications of the CADI isothermal quenching of Aube ductile iron balls.

1. Design concept
● This series of heat treatment furnace introduces foreign advanced technology, adhering to the characteristics of European industrial furnace high performance, high degree of automation, simple and easy to learn operation interface;
2, automatic control
● Electric heating multi-zone synchronous control technology, one button operation again, the whole process record, automatic and efficient completion;
● Constant current, constant voltage, constant power control technology, according to different load characteristics, effective protection of power failure caused by damage to the load;
● Multiple time curves can be set, and the total number of curves is up to 50 segments;
● Two program setting modes of "given value + time value" and "heating section + constant temperature section" are optional;
● All parameters can be set by key, and the data is automatically saved without loss;

4, furnace temperature uniformity
● The heating furnace body is divided into preheating section, heating section and insulation section. The preheating and heating section are equipped with hot air circulation fans to ensure the furnace temperature uniformity of each section in the furnace is ≦±5℃;

● Large output, low energy consumption, ton output power consumption ≤490kmh/t;

● The heating elements of this production line are quick-change structure, when a component is damaged, it can be repaired without stopping, which does not affect the normal production.

● This production line is a fully automatic production line, each production line is equipped with 6 people to realize non-stop rotation, labor productivity can reach 833 tons/year/person;
8, safety protection device
● The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;
● Support to turn off the output when the furnace door switch is off;
