※Product Application:

The mobile bell-type tempering furnace is applicable for heat treatments such as normalizing, quenching, and tempering of metal materials and parts. The furnace bottom trolley can move in and out automatically under controllable conditions. Workpieces are placed on the trolley, which enters the heating furnace body under the action of the transmission mechanism, and then the furnace door is closed. The heating temperature is controlled by electrical equipment to reach the temperature required by the workpieces. After the workpiece process flow is completed according to the requirements, the transmission mechanism drives the trolley to move the workpieces out of the heating furnace chamber, thus completing the workpiece treatment.

Adopts an all-fiber furnace structure, which has excellent energy-saving performance. Compared with brick-structured resistance furnaces of the same specification, or with electric devices, the furnace body can be moved more easily to expose the furnace platform, facilitating loading and unloading of materials.
The furnace body is movable, which is convenient for equipment maintenance and repair, improves production efficiency, and saves investment.
